Delete My Account Request

Request to delete your Filesig account and associated data.

If you would like to delete your Filesig account, please send an email to with the following information:

  • Account Information: Your account details (email address or username associated with your account)
  • Product: The Filesig product(s) associated with your account
  • Processing Time: The time frame within which you would like the account deletion to be processed

Once we receive your request with all the required information, we will process your account deletion request in accordance with your specified timeline and our data retention policies.

Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our systems.
