Support and License Info
Unless stated otherwise support is provided for CEMS software. The support is provided by email for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Updates containing improvement and fixes to CEMS is provided for the duration of the license version cycle (example version 1.2 through to version 2.2). We do not provide support for MS SQL Server as this is not our product nor do we provide support for your network configuration. A user guide is provided to assist with installation of the software which covers typical installation scenarios.
The CEMS pricing structure is considered to be generous in that it allows both small and large companies to take advantage of having a centralised exhibit handling system at mimimal cost, a single license covers the cost of an organisation at a single geographical location.
Q: I am an individual and work for myself in one office, I may employee staff in the near future , how many licenses do I need? A: 1 license is required to cover your business
Q: We are an agency based in one office with 40 employees , how many licenses do I need? A: 1 license is required to cover your agency
Q: We are an organisation based in three offices in USA, Canada and Japan, how many licenses do I need? A: 3 licenses are required if each office needs a separate database
What is a full version cycle?
Each release of our software contains a version number, in CEMS the version number can be found on the about page. A full version cycle for our software is approximately 10 releases, for example if you purchase version 1.2 then the full version cycle will end at 2.2. When the version cycle ends you have the option of renewing however this can be, in the case of some products many months or years since the point of purchase. If you decide not to renew, you can continue to use the software but you will not receive updates containing fixes and improvements.
CEMS Demo
We do not produce demos, this is to keep the price of the software low for all products available on this site. You are welcome to request comments from current users who will no doubt give feedback from their own perspective, this is available on request.
